In beautiful ways, being a micro-manufacturer and small business sole proprietor has created economical parameters that guided me toward creative options I wouldn’t have otherwise pursued. It’s serendipity at its finest.
I learned to sew when I was really young. That set the precedent for a career in fashion, which led to me starting my own business making textiles and pillows. And now — huzzah! — my business has evolved into a full-on retail and micro-manufacturing operation.
