Black spindle candle holders made out of Mango wood which is a sustainably harvested species. They are produced by documented, fairly compensated, independent artisans, using scrap material left over from furniture production. Unlike many other sustainable woods, Mango is actually cultivated in great quantity by the Mango fruit industry. The trees are planted at Mango plantations, and eventually harvested and replaced with new trees at the end of their life cycle.
