Joy Nagy looked at a crumpled piece of paper on her desk, she observed the beauty of the light reflecting from it’ s surface and was Inspired to create a new series of work. Underscoring the seemly trivial action of throwing away, her porcelain papers recapture the moment when an error in writing or judgment may have occurred. Slightly smooth over and saved her Porcelain papers are a reminder of moments rescued in the nick of time.
