These placemats come from a small village along the Mekong river in Laos where a group of women gather together to weave unique patterns one at a time, for only as long as it interests them. Due to the nature of their hobby, quantities are very limited, but we couldn’t resist sharing them with as many people as we could! These placemats are made from 100% cotton that is grown in the Laotian highlands. The colors are derived naturally from native plants and imperfections are to be expected from these handmade treasures. Dry Clean only.
