Michele Varian is a product designer and shop owner in NYC. Her Soho shop is an enticing curio cabinet of goodies and a go to for designers and editors for her own collection of decorative pillows and recently launched collections of lamps, furniture, wallpapers and fabrics. While Michele's shop stocks items from all over the world, the collections she designs are proudly made in the USA, with the exception of her copper lamps, which are made by traditional artisans in Sarajevo. She also represents other local artists and designers to help encourage product design and manufacturing in the US.

Century Partners, led by David Alade and Andrew Colom, is a professional real estate development team based in Detroit.  They buy abandoned and vacant properties in historic Detroit neighborhoods, then renovate, rent and sell.  So far, CP’s first fund is projected to earn over 15% on an annualized basis. Now, the team is raising a new fund (of $550k) with rabble to allow everyone to take part.
